[Trey Spade Redux]

Great to see Mr.Spade again. Funny as hell, the whole cat food bit was great, but seeing Top Cat, Garfield, Stimpy ect mixed in was pure magic.

This mean we get more Trey in the future?

Is kind a cute and marginally funny, but cmon man, why bother submitting this at all? If you need a break from your other project maybe you should watch TV, play a game or smoke a blunt.

Just throwing this together is senseless! You are not challenging yourself to make something refreshing or different, and only wasting your own time. Monochrome, outline only, no background, no color, no sound, no reason this should have been submitted to the portal! You would have been smarter to have wasted a pack of Post-it notes and making a flip book for your own enjoyment than forcing this drivel on us.

Then again, Ive seen your Wolverine animation and based on this animation and that, I shutter to think what your "much bigger project" is going to be. I dont have high hopes for that, but would love to be proven wrong.

As for this shitty animation, let me ask you something. Why would you ever want to post anything but your absolute best work? Instead of doing something you could be proud of, something that people would clamor over, you instead chose the path that only leads you to be yet another shitty animator clogging the portal for no other reason than the desire to take a shit on all of our monitors.

Maybe I'm being harsh, maybe you think Im a cruel asshole, but I aim to motivate you to make me eat my words with something genuinely good.

I wanted to really enjoy this but felt like I was missing some important information required to get the proper level of understanding and enjoyment.

Also super lazy with movement. Look you dont need to have mega detail levels, just look at South Park as an example. There is no individual leg movement in that program, but there is still bobbing and a side to side sway to imitate walking.

You have a shit load of work to do in order to make this a passable animation, and miles beyond that to make it watchable. Slavic flavored stories are awesome, and Im sure in Norway or Scandinavia this would be awesome and only have the complaint of lazy animation. However without even adding a language option or translation, this animation deserves to be blamed.

C- for effort
F for execution/presentation

Better luck next time, though its not luck you need, its better judgement with a large dash of real animation work. Half a star, because this is more of a rough draft than a fully finished animation/story.

[Spirit Animal]

Loved this! Ive watched it a few times now and each time had me laughing. One thing bothers me though and its not your work or anything, its the "HAA!" you use when the spirit animal pops the pill. I know I have herd that HA before but for the life of me, cant place it! Its driving me nuts, to the point where I would not need to smoke some shit that burns orange to see my own spirit animal!

I cant wait to see what you make next, because this one was abso-fuckin-lutely brilliant.

Now if someone could just tell me what television program that HA is in, I would be all set lol.

Great stuff, love the mix of different animation styles. This team did a great job, the quality is superb. The dedication of the crew really shines through. Is easy to tell ya'll wanted to really make something wonderful and unique here.

Was this group of artists just some sort of school project, or will there be more to come?

Funny, I dig the concept. Only complaint is the god awful mic hiss with all of the voices. Lost a full star because of that.

Makes me think that this is a nice mix of the violence of Pico with the random goodness of The-Swain's Blockhead character. Adding you as a favorite animator in the hopes that you do make this into a series. -.- do not disappoint me, and fail to deliver. I am just itching for an excuse to use my new home made predator drone with "real missile action!" *thats what was printed on the box anyway*

Funny, a bit too short and other than the mouth animations and the laser, this was barely an animation. Closer to a still frame with voices added. The drawing was good though. I kinda like how your guy looks like he is wearing clothing that was found at the bottom of a closet after 10 years of being buried by other clothes and heavy bricks. Dude needs an iron! I voted 4 to help save it from a blam and for the humor, but give you only 1 1/2 stars for the utter lack of animation.
